Simplified FleetOps - Coming Soon
Preview a future service planned to organize vehicles, coordinate maintenance, reduce downtime, plan replacements, and manage vendors.
FleetOps is being designed for small and midsize businesses that depend on vehicles but do not need—or do not want to employ—a complete internal fleet function.
These packages preview the planned responsibilities and service levels. Fleet-management engagements are not currently active.
Core visibility and reminders for businesses that need a clean operating foundation.
Active operating support for businesses that need more work coordinated, not only tracked.
Broader lifecycle support for businesses that want an external fleet function.
Planned FleetOps membership benefits may include acquisition support for multiple transactions, subject to the service agreement, location, capacity, vehicle availability, and applicable legal requirements.
This does not make the transaction itself free. The customer remains responsible for the vehicle purchase price and all applicable third-party costs.
A future assessment may establish the starting point. Any ongoing scope would then be built around the records, coordination, reporting, and decisions the business wants handled.
Describe the vehicles, locations, current process, staff, vendors, systems, recurring problems, and upcoming needs.
A future engagement may bring vehicle, registration, driver, vendor, maintenance, and replacement information into a usable structure.
A future review may prioritize urgent maintenance, registration, compliance, downtime, documentation, and continuity issues.
A future scope may define maintenance scheduling, repair coordination, vendor follow-up, driver changes, and escalation responsibilities.
A future plan may connect age, mileage, reliability, downtime, job fit, operating cost, and business timing to replacement decisions.
If launched and contracted, Simplified Auto may coordinate approved responsibilities and provide the reporting or review rhythm defined in the service agreement.
These examples are not customer records or promised results. The actual deliverables depend on the responsibilities included in the approved FleetOps scope.
A structured view of vehicle records, current processes, urgent risks, internal ownership, vendor coverage, and open gaps.
Upcoming preventive work, active repairs, registration items, vendor follow-up, and downtime concerns are organized by urgency.
Vehicles are reviewed against age, mileage, reliability, downtime, cost exposure, job fit, and planned business timing.
Any information submitted during prelaunch is an inquiry only and does not create a FleetOps engagement, confirm capacity, or guarantee future availability.
