Pending licensing and availability
Simplified Auto's California dealer and autobroker licensing is pending. Regulated personal brokerage and commercial acquisition work has not launched. FleetOps is coming soon. Submitting an inquiry does not create a service relationship, reserve a vehicle, confirm capacity, or authorize transaction work.
Service area
California is the primary planned market, with future virtual availability statewide and in-person availability limited to Southern California. Selected remote services may be considered nationwide only where legally permissible. Cross-state assistance is case by case and subject to every applicable jurisdiction.
Customer decisions and authority
The customer makes every final vehicle, price, financing, trade-in, warranty, repair, and service decision. Simplified Auto does not sign purchase documents, submit binding offers, or enter agreements in a customer's name.
Customer funds
Simplified Auto does not hold customer deposits, down payments, lender proceeds, registration fees, taxes, or vehicle purchase funds. Vehicle and third-party transaction costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Planned pricing
Planned standard brokerage pricing starts at $549 for a standard vehicle request after licensing approval. Special, complex, unusual, and commercial requests will be quoted individually. Scope, pricing, and availability must be confirmed in a signed service agreement before work begins.
Cancellations and refunds
For a future vehicle-brokerage engagement, a customer may cancel before vehicle delivery. No refund is available after delivery. Any refund before delivery will be governed by the signed service agreement, documented work already performed, nonrecoverable expenses, applicable law, and the circumstances. Other services follow their applicable written agreement.
Payments
The preferred future payment method is a Stripe-hosted Payment Link, Checkout page, or invoice. Simplified Auto does not intend to store full payment-card numbers. Telephone payment may be accepted only through an approved provider process after required authorization and compliance steps are complete.
Recordings
Telephone calls, video consultations, meetings, and screen-sharing sessions may be recorded for service, quality, training, security, or recordkeeping. Participants will be notified before recording begins, and recording will not begin unless consent required by applicable law has been obtained.
Third parties
Dealers, sellers, lenders, insurers, repair facilities, upfitters, registration providers, transporters, and other vendors remain responsible for their own products, representations, decisions, and work.
Content
Simplified Auto content may not be republished or represented as another party's work without permission. Final intellectual-property and acceptable-use language remains subject to legal review.
Terms requiring attorney review
Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-waiver, indemnity, limitation-of-liability, and service-specific consumer notices remain subject to review by a California attorney familiar with automotive dealer and autobroker law. Nothing here waives a right that cannot legally be waived.
