Personal service

Virtual Vehicle Shopping

Planned remote search, comparison, and transaction support for vehicles that need a broader or more specialized search.

The customer remains the decision-maker.

Customers make all final vehicle, price, financing, trade-in, warranty, protection-product, and repair decisions. Simplified Auto does not sign or submit binding offers in a customer's name and does not hold customer deposits, down payments, lender proceeds, registration fees, taxes, or vehicle purchase funds.

Future brokerage cancellation summary.

A customer may cancel before vehicle delivery. No refund is available after delivery. Any refund before delivery will be governed by the signed service agreement, work already performed, nonrecoverable expenses, applicable law, and the circumstances. Nonbrokerage services follow their applicable written agreement.

Service fit

Who this is best suited for.

Custom quotePlanned pricing

Planned scope and pricing remain subject to licensing approval and a signed service agreement.

  • Used vehicles
  • Specialty or one-of-a-kind vehicles
  • Unique configurations
  • Vehicles not normally handled through fleet departments
What is included

A clearly defined service scope.

  • Screen-sharing and search-planning sessions
  • Online listing and vehicle comparison
  • Seller or dealership contact
  • Deal evaluation and remote negotiation support
  • Preparation for inspection, signing, and delivery
Important limit: Virtual Shopping does not include a mechanical inspection. A qualified independent inspection should be arranged when appropriate. Availability, condition, history, and seller representations must be verified.
What happens next

A straightforward working process.

Details may vary with the vehicle and transaction, but the sequence should remain clear.

  1. Submit the search criteria

Identify the vehicle, configuration, condition, budget, location, and timing.

  2. Clarify priorities and alternatives

Separate true requirements from preferences and identify acceptable backup paths.

  3. Research and compare vehicles

Review listings, seller information, vehicle history, market context, and visible risk factors.

  4. Present the strongest options

Narrow the search to the vehicles that best match the approved criteria.

  5. Review transaction structures

Compare purchase, lease, or finance details when those options are available and relevant.

  6. Coordinate the selected transaction

Prepare the customer for inspection, seller follow-up, paperwork, signing, and delivery.
