Licensing status
Simplified Auto's California dealer and autobroker licensing is pending. Regulated brokerage and commercial acquisition services have not launched. No license number will be published until it has been issued and verified.
Service availability
California is the primary planned service market. Future in-person service will be limited to Southern California. Selected remote assistance may be considered nationwide only where permitted, and cross-state work remains subject to each applicable jurisdiction.
FleetOps status
Simplified FleetOps is coming soon. Fleet-management engagements, managed maintenance coordination, telematics administration, and outsourced fleet operations are not currently active.
No guaranteed outcome
Simplified Auto does not guarantee inventory, vehicle condition, a particular discount, transaction approval, finance rate, lease result, delivery date, repair outcome, savings amount, resale value, uptime result, or fleet-cost reduction.
Planned pricing
Planned standard brokerage pricing starts at $549 for a standard vehicle request after licensing approval. Special, complex, unusual, and commercial requests will be quoted individually. Deal Review pricing is not displayed until finalized. Third-party transaction and operating costs are separate.
Payments
The preferred future payment method is a Stripe-hosted Payment Link, Checkout page, or invoice. Simplified Auto does not intend to store full payment-card numbers. Full card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes must not be placed in website forms, email, text messages, CRM notes, documents, spreadsheets, analytics, or application logs.
Recordings
Telephone calls, video consultations, meetings, and screen-sharing sessions may be recorded for service, quality, training, security, or recordkeeping purposes. If a session will be recorded, participants will be notified before recording begins. Recording will not begin unless the consent required by applicable law has been obtained.
Third-party compensation
Simplified Auto may receive compensation from certain dealers or service providers. Material compensation arrangements will be disclosed when applicable.
Independent roles
Simplified Auto is not a lender, credit-repair company, insurance company, warranty administrator, or repair facility. It may evaluate or explain financing, warranties, GAP, protection products, service contracts, and repair recommendations.
Inspections and repairs
Virtual or in-person shopping support does not automatically include a mechanical inspection. Vehicle condition and repair decisions should be evaluated with qualified professionals where appropriate.

Planned FleetOps acquisition support
Planned FleetOps membership benefits may include acquisition support for multiple transactions, subject to the service agreement, location, capacity, vehicle availability, and applicable legal requirements. Vehicle price and dealer, lender, interest, tax, registration, transport, upfit, vendor, and third-party costs remain the customer's responsibility.
